Pay and Benefits

- Pay rate is calculated based on years of service at Chaparral House.
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) range from $22.01- $23.00 per hour
- Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) range from $22.36 – $23.26 per hour
- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) range from $41.73 – $46.44 per hour
- Registered Nurses (RN) range from $46.69 – $52.11 per hour
