Director of Nursing Services
Sandra is responsible for directing quality care and antibiotic stewardship. She manages the Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) while also dealing with nursing/medical issues, including answering questions about medical conditions, treatments, and medications.

Kristina Kith
Activities Director
Kristina is responsible for maintaining and optimizing diverse and varied programs and activities to enrich the lives and experiences of our precious residents. Kristina works closely cross-functionally with both Dietary and Nursing to lead a variety of special events honoring birthdays, holidays, outings as well as tea parties and memorial services.

Leavel Nelson
Social Services Designee
Leavel supports the psychosocial well being of residents. This includes arranging ancillary services, (audiology, dental, podiatry, mental health, vision services) and transportation to appointments. Leavel plans effective and appropriate interventions and all discharge planning.

Heidi DiPippo
Director of Food and Nutrition Services
Heidi manages the dietary department and kitchen, overseeing the production and service of food. She is responsible for assessing the nutritional status of each resident and tracking monthly weight variances. Heidi’s delicious seasonal recipes help motivate our residents to eat well.

Medical Records and Billing
Ena maintains our medical records and assures accuracy in the complex billing process for government and insurance payors. She helps process Medicare appeals and communicates with insurance representatives for authorizations.
