Diversity Equity and Inclusion Statement

Chaparral House recognizes that social economic ethnic and other inequities may exist within the long-term care and health care industries and professions and that seniors and frail others are often cared for by people with different lived experiences. We believe that it is our responsibility to promote change and work towards a more equitable and inclusive society, especially within the industries and professions that serve some of the most vulnerable members of our community. At Chaparral House we are committed to incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion into our staff training and company culture; actively seeking out and prioritizing partnership with organizations that share our values, and continuously learning and growing in these areas. We are committed to being a leader in the elder care community in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion for all.
